Our inspiring foundation
New Life Fellowship Church has a rich history spanning over 60 years. As the third pastor called by God to lead this congregation, I had the privilege of serving as an armor-bearer for Reverend Jerry Potter for over 40 years. Following his passing, God graciously installed me as pastor. With a clear calling from God, after serving as a missionary to numerous third-world countries, I put down roots here. This August 2026 marks my seventh glorious year pastoring this church. Our ministry has seen over 40 ministers of the Gospel, numerous missionaries, and several evangelists raised up within its walls. God has truly shown his favor and blessings upon this ministry.
Our core values and beliefs
At New Life Fellowship Church, our greatest joy is leading brothers and sisters in the Lord to an active, priestly fellowship with the Father. We firmly believe in the resurrected Jesus Christ and his imminent return. We also believe in the indwelling of the Holy Ghost and that Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. These core beliefs guide everything we do, inspiring us to live lives that honor God and serve others.
Our welcoming community
Everyone is welcome at New Life Fellowship Church! We embrace all races, all denominations, and especially those who are hurting. We teach spiritual warfare and the tactics of the enemy, emphasizing that mankind is not the adversary. Instead, our true enemy is Lucifer and the fallen angels, along with principalities and powers that war against our souls. Understanding these truths can bring peace and cultivate an overcomer's spirit within each of us. We invite you to experience a community where you are loved, supported, and empowered.
Making a difference in Columbus
Beyond our Sunday services, New Life Fellowship Church is deeply committed to making a tangible difference in people's lives and within the Columbus community. We actively collaborate with other non-profit organizations in the area, providing financial assistance through donations and labor support to those facing financial stress. We have also worked with the homeless to provide self-help resources. Additionally, we've given gift cards from local vendors, which not only assists individuals but also gives back to our local economy. We believe in being the hands and feet of Jesus, serving our neighbors with love and compassion.
